RULES
FOR CAMPER DROP-OFF & PICK UP

Morning Care Drop-Off. Beginning
at 7:00am, parents of children enrolled in extended (morning)
care must park and escort their campers into the East Gym. TERP Quest is not responsible for parking violation fees.

Day Camp Drop-Off. Campers may be dropped
off between 8:30am and 8:45am at the TERP Quest drop-off circle
outside the ERC. A staff member will sign your child
in and escort him/her to base camp.

Late Drop-Off. After 8:45am,
a parent must park and escort a camper into the ERC East Gym
for check-in with camp staff.

Day Camp Pick-Up. Campers must be picked
up between 4:15pm and 4:30pm at the TERP Quest circle outside
the ERC. Children will not be released to anyone not
listed on the pick-up authorization form. A photo ID
must be presented to camp staff to sign out a camper.

After Care Pick Up. Beginning
at 4:30pm, parents of children enrolled in extended (after)
care must park, enter the ERC, and go to the second floor
multipurpose room (extended care center). Children
will not be released to anyone not listed on the pick-up authorization
form. A photo ID must be presented to camp staff to sign
out a camper.
