CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

Cancellation of registration may be requested at any time by visiting this website or by visiting the Member Services Desk in the Eppley Recreation Center.  Your refund amount will depend on when the registration was cancelled.

  • Parents/campers who cancel at least 14 days prior to the start of camp will receive a full refund minus the $50 non-refundable registration fee.

  • Parents/campers who cancel within 14 days of the start of camp will receive a 50% refund of the camp fee after the non-refundable registration fee of $50 has been deducted.

For example:
If your child registered for week 2 – starting July 14, 2008, canceling no later than June 30, 2008 will result in a refund of $150 ($200 camp fee - $50 non-refundable registration fee).

Canceling between July 1, 2008 and July 17, 2008 will result in a refund of $75.00 ($200 camp fee - $50 non-refundable registration fee X 50%).

  • Parents/campers who cancel after the start of camp will not receive a refund.

If you registered online, you will need to contact us with your credit card information, as CRS does not retain this for your safety.
